No. Cancel any time. If you cancel, your rooms stay accessible read-only for 90 days so buyers can still grab invoices.
Yes. Hammer fee applies to any closed sale through Gavel: live bid, Buy It Now, or post-room private sale via the platform.
Stripe handles disputes. We pass dispute notifications through and help you respond. We do not double-charge the fee on a refunded sale.
Pro uses Stripe Connect under your account so funds land directly with you, minus the 2.5% hammer fee. House plans can bring their own gateway.
Pro is pay-as-you-sell, so there is nothing to prepay. House plans can be annual with negotiated rates. Email sales.
Pro will move to 4% after public launch. Sellers who joined during beta and complete at least one live auction are grandfathered at 2.5% forever on the rooms they host.
