Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Your current plan and renewal date are at the top. The price you pay reflects the rate locked in at signup.

Click Compare plans to see the feature matrix.

Click Switch to Pro (or House). Pro is pay-as-you-sell so there is no monthly fee.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. Upgrades are immediate.
Beta sellers keep the 2.5% hammer rate forever on Pro, even after the public 4% rate kicks in.
