My custom subdomain is not resolving
DNS propagation takes minutes. Verify cache and conflicts.
Custom subdomains (yourname.gavel.co.za) are a Pro feature. After you claim one, DNS needs a few minutes to settle.

Dashboard → Settings → Subdomain. Confirm the name is set and Verified.

Wait 5 minutes after first claim. Test in an incognito window to avoid local DNS cache.

Try a different network (mobile data) to rule out ISP-level caching.

If status shows Conflict, another seller already owns that subdomain. Pick a different one.
House plans use your own apex domain via CNAME. Setup instructions appear when you switch the room to white-label mode.
