Lot photos are not uploading
File size, format, and what to do when it just spins.
Photo upload runs through Vercel Blob and accepts JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP.
Check the file

Max single-file size is 25 MB. Compress in your phone's gallery or with a tool like Squoosh.

RAW (.NEF, .CR2) and TIFF are not supported. Export to JPG first.
Check the network

Slow connections can stall the upload progress bar. Wait 30 seconds before retrying.

If you see Upload failed, click Retry. If it fails twice, refresh the host panel and re-add the lot.
Still stuck? Email us the file and the lot title and we can attach it manually.
