Share the room with your audience
Link, 5-letter code, or QR code. What works where.
Once your room is saved you can share it three ways. Pick whichever fits the channel.
Share by link

Host panel → click Copy share link in the top bar.

Paste it into WhatsApp, Instagram bio, Facebook post, or anywhere else. Tap = join.
Share the 5-letter code

The code shows in the top bar of the host panel. Read it out on a livestream or post it in a story.

Buyers enter it on the Gavel homepage in the Join a room block.
QR code

Click the QR icon next to the share link. Download the PNG and put it on a printed flyer or storefront.
If the room is in Draft, the link works but bidders see a waiting screen. Switch to Live (or schedule a go-live time) before sharing widely.
