Outbid notifications are not arriving
Browser permissions and where to confirm them.
Outbid alerts fire as an in-room toast and (optionally) as a browser push notification.

When you first place a bid, the browser asks for notification permission. Click Allow.

If you previously clicked Block, open the lock icon in the URL bar → Site settings → set Notifications to Allow.

On mobile, make sure browser notifications are enabled at the OS level too.
Even without push, you will always see an in-room toast as long as the tab is open. Push is the only path that reaches you when the tab is in the background.
