Stripe invoice did not fire on hammer
Most often a Stripe Connect onboarding state issue.
Auto-invoicing requires a fully onboarded Stripe Connect account on the seller side.
Step 1: confirm onboarding is complete

Dashboard → Sales & payouts → Stripe Connect.

Status should read Active. If it says Restricted or Pending verification, click Continue onboarding and finish the Stripe steps.
Step 2: confirm the room is on a paid plan

Auto-invoicing on hammer is a Pro and House feature. Starter rooms invoice manually.
Step 3: check Stripe test mode

If your Stripe dashboard is set to Test mode, invoices are sandboxed and will not reach buyers.
Still no invoice 5 minutes after hammer? Email us with the lot link and we will replay the webhook.
