A banned bidder is still placing bids
Bans tie to verified phone numbers. Tighten verification.
Bans block the verified phone number across every room you host. If a bidder appears again, they have likely signed up with a new number.
Tighten verification

Dashboard → Trust → Bidder verification → set to Card on file.

New bidders must pre-authorise a card before placing a bid. This makes it much harder to come back under a new identity.
If they get through anyway

Open the audit log on the lot, find the new account, and click Ban from the lot view to add the new phone number to your ban list.
House plans get IP-level bans and device-fingerprint tracking. Email sales if you need this.
