I hammered the wrong lot by mistake
Reopen within 30 seconds, or refund and relist.
Mistakes happen mid-room. Gavel gives you a short undo window, then a longer manual path.
Within 30 seconds of hammer

An Undo hammer button appears at the top of the lot card. Click it.

The lot reopens with 30 seconds on the timer. All bidders see a toast that you reopened it.
After the 30-second window

Dashboard → Sales → find the invoice for the lot → click Refund (full).

Open the room (or a new one) → Add lot → relist with the same details.
We do not double-charge the platform fee on a refunded sale, so the only cost is Stripe's fixed transaction fee.
